Additional Event Charges 

• Early Fleet closing $1,000 per hour 
  • Combined closure and film charges apply 
• Cancellation of documentary film $1,000 per film, per hour from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Concession stand $50 per hour, per staff member 
• Hosted bar service $100 per hour, 2 hour minimum. Ask about our bar package pricing. 
• Cash bar service $100 per hour, 2 hour minimum

• Security staffing $50 per hour, per staff member  
  • 2 guard minimum; 1 per 100 guests; 4-hour minimum
  • Required whenever alcohol is served
