Join us every third Sunday for an extra hour of fun at the Fleet!  

Every third Sunday of the month, we open an hour earlier for members only. This includes:

• Additional gallery time from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 
• Member-exclusive ball pool time 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 
• Special interactive science demos
• Member-exclusive IMAX®documentary film at 10 a.m. in the Heikoff Giant Dome Theater

Household Exhibit members can purchase a film ticket for $8.95

 

July 4 at 10 a.m. —Humpback Whales

An extraordinary journey into the mysterious world of one of nature’s most awe-inspiring marine mammals, Humpback Whales takes audiences to Alaska, Hawaii and the Kingdom of Tonga for an immersive look at how these whales communicate, sing, feed, play and take care of their young.

August —Serengeti

Nestled in northern Tanzania and spanning into the southern edge of Kenya, the vast plains of the Serengeti host one of the largest migrations of mammals on the planet. Prepare to be awed by this immersive giant-screen film about how nature works in one of the world’s greatest ecosystems.

September 7 at 10 a.m. —America's Musical Journey

In America’s musical cities, every chord, every riff, every bang of a drum tells a story. In America’s Musical Journey these stories come together to create a soundtrack for the American experience—a soundtrack that showcases the nation’s diversity and its collision of cultures, culminating in a unique blend of sound, music and innovation unlike anywhere else in the world.

Renovation Updates

This spring, our entrance is moving back to its original location next to the Giant Dome IMAX® Theater. When the renovation is complete, the old theater lobby will be transformed into a brand-new, free-to-the-public entrance gallery, complete with a central ticket counter and streamlined access to both the theater and exhibit galleries.

To ensure smooth entry to both the exhibit galleries and the theater, we are introducing a simple check-in process for members.

Option 1: Add a Photo to Your Membership (Recommended)

• Stop by the ticket counter once to have your photo taken. This allows for quick, seamless entry on future visits, with no need to show your ID each time.

Option 2: Show a Photo ID with Your Membership Card

• Present a form of photo ID, along with your digital or physical membership card, at entry points throughout the building.

We appreciate your flexibility during this transition and can’t wait for you to experience this exciting next chapter.
