SAN DIEGO—Summer is back and the Fleet Science Center is ready to give you unforgettable experiences. The Fleet’s Summer Nights events offer something for everyone—a family-friendly evening out or a lively, inspiring night with friends.

Plus, get an extra hour of fun every Friday and Saturday, June through August when the Fleet is open until 6 p.m.!

Game Night featuring Dungeons & Dragons
On Thursday, July 27 from 6–10 p.m., the Fleet brings Dungeons & Dragons to life! This family-friendly game night is the perfect opportunity to gather and explore the fantastic world of roleplaying games.

Epic journeys are meant to be shared. Our game night area is specially designed to accommodate families of all sizes, ensuring that everyone can participate in the excitement. Additional board games are available for spectators and chaperones interested in different adventures.

Our game night is inclusive and welcoming, with a focus on fun and creativity. All are welcome: seasoned adventurers and those new to the world of roleplaying games will enjoy the journey.

Tickets are only $5 and players younger than 18 receive one adult spectator free entry.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Concessions will be open until 9:30 p.m. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Family Night Out
Bring the whole family and make memories with Family Night Out, on Friday July 7 and Friday, August 4 from 6–9 p.m. 

After closing hours, you can explore the galleries and discover our new The Worst-Case Scenario: Survival Experience exhibition. 

On July 7, you can view two of the Fleet’s most popular documentaries, Serengeti at 7 p.m. and National Parks Adventure at 8 p.m.

On August 4, Personal.ai will be onsite offering exciting, intriguing workshops about perhaps society’s hottest topic. 

Tickets are $24.95 with one free child admission included with a full-price adult admission. Fleet member tickets are $5, no free child admission included. 

Fleet After Dark 21+
The 21+ crowd can’t miss Fleet After Dark, on Friday, August 11 from 6–9 p.m. Visitors will have the whole place to themselves, with an additional bar upstairs and funky tunes blasting through the galleries. It’s the perfect opportunity to take in the sights and sounds of the Fleet like never before.

Tickets are discounted to $20, and doors open to 21+ attendees at 6 p.m. Alcohol and other concessions will be available until 8:30 p.m. Fleet member tickets are $10. 

These exciting summer events are around only as long as summer, so be sure to join us and let the adventures begin.
