Fleetster Friday: Meet Erik Remington
It’s Fleetster Friday! Today we're featuring our Cafe Team Lead, Erik Remington. This Normal Heights resident describes his job as creative, dirty, important and precise.
Erik's a big fan of Balboa Park because it brings different museums together to one big and beautiful place. If he could live anywhere in the world, Erik would choose Sweden. Let’s get to know Erik a little better:
Complete this sentence: I love science because…I love nature!
Would you rather be an Olympic gold medallist or an astronaut?Olympic medalist, because they're always in great physical shape.
Would you rather travel back in time to meet your ancestors or to the future to meet your descendants?Travel back in time to meet my ancestors, for sure.
If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?I'm not a big movie person, but probably Star Wars. The feeling I got from that movie the first time I saw it, when I was 12 years old, is a feeling I'd definitely enjoy again!
What’s the weirdest food you’ve ever eaten?I'll eat almost anything! Even though I’m mostly vegetarian now, I've had cow tongue and sea urchin—or uni—before.
