"We had been having a hard time finding a venue in town which could host birthday parties for 30+ kids, a sizable number of adults, provide intellectually stimulating while also fun and engaging content for elementary school age groups, cater quality foods and beverages... until we "discovered" the Fleet birthday parties three years ago! Since then, our son did not want to have his birthday celebration anywhere else, and we celebrated his 6th, 7th and 8th birthdays at the Fleet. Each year it was very special in its own way - different science workshops, IMAX movies, scavenger hunts, foods, room decors, goody bags. The Special Events team did a fantastic job coordinating "before the party" communication and activities, and they also made sure that everything ran flawlessly during the birthday bash. Our son and his friends always had a great time, and we'll certainly be back for his "Big 9"!"

"I had my son's 4th birthday at the Fleet Science Center and he and his friends had the BEST time! The coordinator coordinated and communicated everything from the itinerary to the cake order well and advance, so all we had to do was show up. The party included some mini science experiments in a private room, and lunch and cake with some crazy toddler dancing in the party room afterward. All of our guests were allowed access to the entire museum for the rest of the day, so we all partied on. I would highly recommend the Fleet Science Center for kids parties!"

"We had a mixed group of kids and adults, celebrating my son's 10th birthday. Fun was had by all. Free time in the Science Center allowed the kids and adults to explore and just have fun experiencing the space. The private party room was an easy to spot to gather and celebrate. Our hosts and our mad scientist were helpful, friendly and quite funny. The staff definitely kept the kids engaged and on task. The Fleet is a wonderful place to hold a celebration. We attended an iMax and the theatre host did a shout out to my son for his big day. Way to make him feel special."

I proposed to her in front of the Endeavor orbiter when it was being transported through Los Angeles. The Fleet was really the only choice for our reception venue.
